We demolished the existing chalet bungalow and created a bespoke ‘smart’ home for our client who was returning to the UK after living for many years in the States. This project was our design concept, we obtained all the relevant permissions and project managed the entire build. We were involved also with both the interior and garden design including the pool installation and associated outbuildings.

This project involved the complete refurbishment of the house, starting with the roof and working our way down, demolishing each of the three storeys along the way. We remodelled, designed and in close collaboration with our clients we were able to help them realise their dreams and turn them into a beautiful reality.

Highgate

We designed and carried out a total remodel of the interior, including the re-designing of the staircase, bathrooms and kitchen. This was a careful updating of a Ted Levy designed house being mindful not to disrespect the ethos of the design concept.
